2018 Camila Pinot Noir
Tasting notes: Notes of red fruit and herbs. cherries, eucalyptus, rosemary and earthy sous bois (“forest floor”) notes come to mind. On the palate a multilayered experience of red fruit and spice intertwine with earthy notes to create a unique experience, a flavor that evokes cherry, chocolate cranberry, and quince paste along with subtle notes of blood orange and red apple. Cherry and caramelized almonds carry in the long finish that lingers in the mouth to complete the experience, inviting you to take a second sip.
Very good to pair with roasted duck and chicken dishes, but has nice structure to pair with beef dishes, charcuterie and of course, your loved ones!
