Every bottle starts with Camila
Great wine has always had a place at the family table. We just decided to make it ourselves — from scratch, with purpose, for the people we love. Casa Martinez was born from one belief: the best bottle you'll ever open is one that actually means something.
In 2013, after seven years honing their craft in winemaking, Daniel Martinez and his wife, Luz, set out to make a small batch of family wine. It was a dream Daniel had always carried — to bottle something special to celebrate life’s milestones. That year, they were expecting their first child, and it felt like the perfect moment.
But life had other plans.
Their daughter, Camila, arrived weeks early after unexpected complications. She had to be resuscitated at birth and suffered brain damage. In the months that followed, Camila was diagnosed with cerebral palsy — a life-changing moment that brought uncertainty, heartbreak, and ultimately, a deeper sense of purpose.
That first batch of wine, originally made to celebrate new beginnings, took on a new meaning. Camila Pinot Noir became more than just wine — it became a symbol of resilience, love, a way to share hope with those around.
What started as a small family project grew into a journey of turning pain into purpose, and craft into connection. Every bottle we make is rooted in that story — a story of family, strength, and the beauty of celebrating every moment, no matter how big or small.
Today, we share our wines with you no just to share a glass, but to raise awareness, build community, and spread joy.
Join Our Journey
When you open a bottle of Casa Martinez, you're tasting where we come from — the craft, the family, the belief that wine has always belonged at our table. We make it. You bring the people. That's the whole idea.
Thank you for helping us turn this dream into something bigger than ourselves.
Salud,
Luz & Daniel Martinez
